Connect your iPhone or iPod Touch to your computer *.
* Launch iTunes. Under Device, then click the Sync button on your device, select the item.
* ITunes (device) must show backup. If not, control-click or right-click and choose the backup device, select the item.
* Launch Instavue. And then select the device in the diagram from the source list.
* Print or Export from the File menu.
* You can select a different file format for export dialog. Mac 1.3 can now download free Instavue.
